Each 4.10mm × 2.90mm cushion sits in a classic four-claw setting that maximises diamond visibility, letting every stone catch and return light from every angle. What is an elongated cushion cut diamond? An elongated cushion cut is a rectangular cushion-cut diamond — rounded rectangular shape with soft, pillow-like edges, faceted with brilliant-cut geometry. The elongated version (longer than wide) is more contemporary and flattering on the finger than the traditional square cushion, while keeping the same romantic, vintage-modern character.

What's the difference between a cushion cut and a round brilliant? Cushion cuts are rectangular or square with rounded corners; round brilliants are perfectly circular. Both use brilliant-cut faceting (small, multi-directional facets that produce explosive sparkle). The cushion's softer corners give it a romantic, vintage-modern feel — particularly when elongated — while the round brilliant reads as the most classic, geometric option.

What's the difference between a cushion cut and a radiant cut? Both are rectangular shapes with brilliant-cut faceting, but the corners differ: cushions have rounded, pillow-soft corners; radiants have cut, octagonal corners. The cushion reads more romantic and vintage; the radiant reads more architectural and modern.

Half eternity is more comfortable to wear, easier to resize, and slightly more affordable; full eternity reads more luxurious and is the original symbolic form.

Can a cushion-cut eternity band be resized? Half eternity bands resize like standard rings. Full eternity bands are more difficult to resize because there's no plain metal at the back — but we can usually adjust within a small range. Confirm your size carefully with our diamond concierge.
